1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the website wrangledhopephotography.com, visiting any linked Pixieset client gallery, or engaging with the services of Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and purchasers who access or use our website, client galleries, or photography services.

2. About Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC

Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC is a single-member limited liability company based in Pinedale, Wyoming. We specialize in rural life, agricultural, western lifestyle, and landscape photography across Wyoming and the broader rural West. Our services include portrait and session photography, agricultural and livestock event coverage, and the sale of fine art prints and digital image files.

3. Services

Photography Sessions: Western Legacy portrait sessions, Seedstock agricultural sessions, and Next Generation 4-H and youth livestock show coverage. Session bookings are subject to availability and governed by a separate Photography Services Agreement provided at the time of booking.

Print Sales: Fine art prints are available for order through our Pixieset galleries and at select vendor events. Print orders are fulfilled by a third-party professional print laboratory and are subject to our Terms of Sale.

Digital Image Downloads: Digital image files are available for personal use purchase through our Pixieset client galleries. All digital purchases are governed by our Digital Image License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Event Photography: We provide photography services at agricultural shows, fairs, and exhibitions across Wyoming, including the Sublette County Fair and other regional events. Images from these events may be made available for purchase through private or public online galleries.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All photographs, images, content, branding, and materials on wrangledhopephotography.com and in any Wrangled Hope Photography Pixieset gallery are the exclusive intellectual property of Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Purchasing a print or digital download does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights not expressly granted remain with Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or publication of any image is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Wrangled Hope Photography name, logo, slogan ("Preserving the grit and beauty of rural life"), and tagline ("Wrangling hope. Framing legacies.") are the proprietary marks of Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC and may not be used without express written permission.

5. Website and Gallery Use

You agree to use wrangledhopephotography.com and any associated Pixieset gallery only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:

• Reproduce, scrape, download, or redistribute any content from our website or galleries without authorization

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any gallery, account, or system

• Use any automated tool to collect content or data from our website or galleries

• Use our website or galleries in any way that could damage, disable, or impair their functionality

6. Client Galleries

Client galleries hosted on Pixieset may be password-protected. Gallery access credentials are provided solely for use by the individual or family to whom they are issued and may not be shared publicly. Gallery links and passwords are provided as a courtesy to facilitate image viewing and purchasing. Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove gallery access at any time.

Gallery images remain the property of Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC. The presence of an image in a gallery does not grant any right to download, reproduce, or use that image outside of an authorized purchase.

7. Purchases

All print and digital download purchases made through our Pixieset galleries are subject to our Terms of Sale, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Payment for gallery purchases is processed by Stripe through the Pixieset platform. Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC does not directly collect or store payment card information.

For session bookings and event coverage contracts, separate written agreements govern payment, deposits, cancellation, and delivery terms.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our website is hosted on Wix. Our client galleries are hosted on Pixieset. Payment processing is handled by Stripe via Pixieset. Client management is facilitated through HoneyBook. These third-party platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, over which Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC has no control. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party platforms.

Links to third-party websites, social media profiles, or external resources are provided for convenience only. Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, galleries, and services of Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website or galleries will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of any specific gallery or image.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, galleries, or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

Wrangled Hope Photography, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to wrangledhopephotography.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sublette County, Wyoming.
